PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the notice, dated 6.5.2013, passed in Na.Ka.No.4491/2002/A3 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's leased shop leased shop No.35 (godown shop) at Bus stand owned by 2nd respondent forthwith.
