Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records from the 1st Respondent in Letter No.TNR/Complaints/ER/C-136/09, dated 30.06.2009 and quash the same and to direct the Respondents to accept the claim application of the Petitioner Company and to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.4,73,048/- incurred by the Petitioner Company.
