Present revision has been filed against the fair and final order dated 19.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.132 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Namakkal.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
