The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent herein to order for an enquiry by higher official at the rant of A.D.G.P. Into the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.8.2005 as against the 2nd respondent and to take necessary action against him. 2.The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition at this length of time cannot be granted. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner filed a complaint against the 2nd respondent, who is the Inspector of Police,C3, Seven Wells Police Station,Seven Wells, Chennai - 79 now after a lapse of 13 years. If at all, any grievances exists for the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to redress his grievances in the manner known to law or file a complaint before the competent official for initiation of action against the public servants concerned.
3.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
