Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to G.O. (D) No. 554 Health and Family Welfare (L-2) Department dated 31.05.2010 issued by the First Respondent containing the panel of names for filling up the vacancies arisen for the year 2010-2011 for the post of Joint Director of Health Service in Tamil Nadu Health Service and quash the same insofar as the inclusion of the names of the Third and Fourth Respondents without including the names of the Petitioners are concerned and consequently direct the Second Respondent to draw a fresh panel for filling up the remaining 2 vacancies in the post of Joint Director of Health Service in Tamil Nadu Health Service arisen for the year 20102011 by re-fixing the seniority of the eligible candidates above the names of the Third and Fourth Respondents and awarding https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
