Mr.Harish, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R1 to R4, Mr.D.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice for R5 to R7 and Mr.Kandhan Duraisami, learned counsel appears for R9 to R11. They do not put up any serious objection to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the Writ Appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner files an affidavit of service dated 10.03.2025 to the effect that R8 has been served on 11.02.2025 at 15.22 pm.
3. Hence, and also for the reasons set out in the affidavit accompanying the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 5 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
