ORDER

In continuation of the order passed on 13.03.2024, the petitioner has produced the receipt for payment of Rs.2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore dated 14.03.2024.

2. In view of the same, the order of the trial Court is hereby set aside. The trial Court shall proceed with the complaint in F.No.S.T.C.No.2675 of 2022 as per law and dispose it on its own merits, since the petitioner's delay condonation is accepted and delay condoned.
