[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the father of the detenue viz., Krishnapriya, aged 25 and has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that detenue went missing from 14.01.2020. After searching for the detenue with the friends and relatives, petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent and a case in Crime No.31 of 2020 has been registered. Thereafter, no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Today, the detenue was produced. Petitioner and his wife are also present. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she eloped with one Tamil with whom she had a love affair. She now expressed her willingness to go with her parents. In the aforestated circumstances, we permit the detenue to go along with her parents.
