It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the first respondent died and inspite of sending two letters, dated 14.02.2017 and 01.03.2017, the appellant has not contacted her to pursue the appeal. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
