This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.681 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, on completion of investigation, the case was closed as mistake of fact. RCS notice No.143 of 2015 has been served to the second respondent/de facto complainant on 30.11.2015 and the same has been filed before the concerned Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at this juncture, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
