O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 29.06.2021 in W.P.No.11084 of 2021 directed the 3rd respondent Tahsildar therein to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 19.02.2020 and pass suitable orders thereof after hearing the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the 3rd respondent Tahsildar disposed of the representation of the petitioner by an order dated 09.04.2022 and also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
