(CRIME NO.1014 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further order in Crl.OP No.21284 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 and pass such or other orders to deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of this case and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEEPANUDAY Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21284 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
