Heard Mr. Joseph Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.Rajasekar, Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to return the Bank Guarantees by considering the petitioner's letter dated 16.11.2013. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the appeals filed by the Revenue in C.M.A.Nos.3121 of 2009 and 3122 of 2009, which were pending at the time when the Writ Petition was filed, have been allowed by the Hon'ble Division https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Bench of this Court. As against the said order, the petitioner has moved the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Hence, for the present, the Writ Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his request after the disposal of the Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. No costs.
