This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.655 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completing the investigation in Crime No.655 of 2018, FIR itself was closed on 08.10.2019 and no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.
