This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 780 days in representing the above STA.SR.No.154870 of 2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) towards costs in favour of the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this order will stand automatically cancelled.

4. Upon such payment of costs, this petition stands ordered.
