Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.NO.1/2011 in Crl.A.No.624 of 2011 dated 12.10.2011. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GANDHI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.MOHAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.624 of 2011 dated 12.10.2011.

2. It is stated that petitioners herein are A-21, A-57, A-58, A61, A-62 and A-64. It is also stated that the petitioners are complying with the conditions stated in the order dated 12.10.2011 from 24.12.2011 to till date without any default. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused further stated that the petitioners are senior citizens and some of them are having ill health.

Having considered the above submission and the fact that the petitioners have complied with the conditions stated in the order dated 12.10.2011 regularly till date, the condition imposed on these petitioners alone is fully relaxed. This petition is ordered accordingly.
