This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates in Crl.O.P.No.30095 of 2022 by order dated 06.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has not been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
