The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd Respondent in No.nil dated nil and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to consider the claim of the Petitioner for appointment to the post of Panchayat Assistant in the 2nd Respondent Village Panchayat by conducting selection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.06.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 07.06.2019. On 07.06.2019 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner filed Writ Petition challenging the order of appointment, appointing the third respondent in second respondent Panchayat. Pending Writ Petition, the appointment order issued to the third respondent was cancelled and nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

4.Recording the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
