These two applications have been filed seeking to strike out the name of the 3rd defendant and 2nd defendant from being arrayed as defendants in the suit.

2.The learned counsel for the applicant stated that the 1st defendant is a Partnership firm and the 2nd and 3rd defendants are the Directors. However, the learned counsel states that she would withdraw the said applications.

3.In view of the above, these two applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
