The learned counsel for the writ petitioner filed this miscellaneous petition, seeking certain corrections in the relief sought for in the main writ petition. It is stated that the Survey Number and the extent of the land had been erroneously mentioned in the prayer of the main writ petition initially filed. Thus, the present miscellaneous petition is filed to amend such errors in the main writ petition.

2. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner seeks corrections of the mistakes in respect of Survey Number and the extent of the land in the prayer of the main writ petition, this Court is inclined to order the present miscellaneous petition and the Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the prayer of the main writ petition and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned. 29-04-2019 Svn http://www.judis.nic.in
