This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the Petitioner without due process of law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.2 of 2020 pending on the file of the second respondent. He would submit that earlier the petitioner had filed Anticipatory Bail petitions twice and the petitions have been dismissed. 3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
