Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in O.Mu.No.120521/L2/2002 dated 30.01.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner on par with his junior Mr.Chacko, BT Assistant, Govt.High School, Ambalavayal and grant him all consequential benefits.
