There is no representation for the petitioner. When the Writ Petition came up for hearing on 17.10.2023 also, there was no representation, and therefore, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. This Writ Petition is pending 3 / 6
from the year 2012. Despite opportunity having been given, the petitioner has not shown interest to prosecute the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. If the petitioner files any restoration petition, the same shall be numbered only on payment of costs of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) by the petitioner to the Chief Justice Relief Fund. There shall be no order as to costs in this Writ Petition. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
