This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Para 6(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31976 of 2025, dated 24.11.2025 in Crime No.522 of 2025 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent / State on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31976 of 2025, dated 24.11.2025.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31976 of 2025, dated 24.11.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
