This application has been filed by the applicant to permit the applicant to file additional documents.

2. According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main suit and filed the suit for the relief of declaration and mandatory injunction. At the time of filing of the suit, the petition mentioned documents are not available with them. Therefore, in order to prove the case of the plaintiff, those document is essential to prove the case. Therefore, filed this application.

3. The other side strongly objected on the ground that the said document is no way related to the present case.

4. Considering the nature of application and this application is filed to receive the documents. As far as the admissibility, relevancy and proof, it cannot be tested through this application. This application is filed only to grant leave for production of documents belatedly. Therefore, this petition is allowed and the documents can be received subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
