ORDER

The petitioners land in Survey No.91 at Kavanur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk is proposed to be acquired under the Tamil Nadu Highways Act. In relation thereto, the petitioner made a request for exchange under RSO 26A by relying on G.O.Ms.No.201, Revenue and Disaster Management dated 10.05.2022. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Ms.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for all the respondents. Subject to feasibility, she submits that the

representation would be considered and disposed of on merits.

3. In view of the above submissions, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of petitioners representation dated 18.07.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A reasonable opportunity shall be provided to the petitioner. No costs.
