This writ petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to repay the deposited amount of Rs.6,50,000/- along with interest based on the application of the petitioner dated 04.09.2015.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the amount due to the petitioner has already been paid by the respondents and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
