This Writ Petition has been filed calling for the records relating to the Award dated 19.03.2013 passed in I.D.No.6 of 1998, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity and with back wages and other attendant benefits, Award costs. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no instructions from the petitioner.
