R.Periyasamy ..Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Revision Case has been filed under sections 397 read with 401 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records comprised in the order made in Crl.A.No.138 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Erode dated 02.01.2020, confirming the conviction and sentence passed in S.T.C.No.580 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.II) at Erode dated 24.04.2019 and to set aside the same.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the concurrent findings of the Courts below holding the revision petitioners guilty of issuing a cheque for Rs.3,00,000/- to the complainant and failed to honour the same.

Pending disposal of the revision petition, the parties have entered into compromise and filed Memorandum of Compromise 2/4

reporting settlement between them.

On perusal of the Memo of Compromise, this Court finds that the complainant has received the cheque amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from the revision petitioners and therefore, he is satisfied and not inclined to prosecute them.

4.

Recording the Compromise Memo entered between the parties on 30.05.2023, the offence is compounded and this Criminal Revision Case is closed accordingly.
