ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue S.Priya, aged about 16 years, to secure his daughter, who is said to be missing from 05.03.2015 and to set her at liberty. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

The alleged detenue S.Priya, aged about 16 years is produced by the 1st respondent. Her parents are also present before this Court.

When we enquired, the alleged detenue admits that she is willing to go along with her parents. Therefore, we find it just and necessary to permit the alleged detenue S.Priya to go along with her parents, without detrimental to the criminal case registered. 5.

The Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed accordingly.
