ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.259 of 2022 dated 20.05.2022 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time. 1/4
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.259 of 2022, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.259 of 2022, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 4.Recording the same, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4
