ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent submitted that he has certain rights and titles over the subject land. In view of the limited prayer sought for, the ends of justice would be met, if the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation,after giving due opportunity to the seventh respondent.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2016 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, after giving due opportunity to the seventh respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
