CMP.No.2679/2022 in SA.SR.No.47870/2021 S.S.SUNDAR, J., The above petition is filed to implead the proposed party as the 5th respondent in CMP.No.17281/2021 in SA.SR.No.47870/2021.

2.Despite notice to the proposed party is served, he is not represented by any counsel or appeared in person before this Court. The name of the proposed party is also shown in the cause list.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the proposed party was the erstwhile trustee of the appellant Temple and the deponent of the affidavit is appointed as the new trustee for the purpose of prosecuting the appeal and hence, the impleadment of the proposed party as 5th respondent is just and necessary and prayed for appropriate orders.

4.Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition to implead the proposed party as the 5th respondent is ordered and Mr.Rajendiran, son of Gopalsamy is impleaded as the 5th respondent in CMP.No.17281/2021 in SA.SR.No.47870/2021.

5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in CMP.No.17281/2021 in SA.Sr.No.47870/2021.
