ORDER
The petition has been filed to consider the representation dated 07.01.2026 to the 1st Respondent herein, consequently direct the 1st Respondent to rectify the error in the death certificate of M. Parthasarathi who died on 20.09.2017 bearing Registration No.2017/05/059/007845/0 dated 10.12.2025 and replace the name 'Parthasarathi' instead of 'sarathy'. 2.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records. 3.
A perusal of the documents annexed to this writ petition would clearly show that except for annexing the alleged representation dated 07.01.2026, the petitioner have not annexed any document whatsoever to show that the representation has been dispatched and received by the respondents. Therefore, considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, disposes of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
