This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to implement the order of the 1st respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.U.A.4/2479/2014 dated 04.06.2014.
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the respondents are present.
3. This case was listed earlier on 31.10.2023 and 07.11.2023 but there were no representation on behalf of the petitioner on both occasions. Thereby, this petition is listed on 09.11.2023 i.e. today, under the caption "For Dismissal" and even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the proceedings dated 04.06.2014 have already been implemented and thereby, the cause does not survive for this petition any more.
5. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner has stated to have 2/4
already been implemented, as submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader, it appears that the same is the reason of the petitioner not showing interest in prosecuting the case any more.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
