When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in compliance of the order, dated 01.08.2016, made in C.M.P.No.11951 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.1586 of 2016, the petitioner has deposited 50% of the award amount to the credit of M.C.O.P.N.877 of 2013.

2. In view of the above submission, interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute and this petition is allowed.
