Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.36679/D3/2008, dated 18.12.2008 insofar as clause 6 of the instructions, which directs the panel drawing authorities to include one year degree holder also for promotion in the concerned subject and the consequential inclusion of the respondent Nos.4 to 6 in the panel for the year 2011 drawn as on 01.01.2011 for promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant (English) and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to 1/4

promote the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (English) and confer all the consequential benefits.
