No. 32978/2012:Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to Resolution No.253, dated 27.2.2012 and the consequential notice of the 2nd respondent having Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.1476/ 12/A1, dated 16.3.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to renew the lease period with the enhanced rate of 15% of the existing rent for the future block period of 3 years upto 2016 for Shop No.5 at Coimbatore Corporation Commercial Complex at Ward No.24, Arokysamy Road(West), West Zone, Coimbatore in terms of the proceedings dated 12.03.2009 of the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, Government of Tamil Nadu read with G.O.Ms.No.92, dated 03.07.2007. JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is directed against the order dated 09.03.2018 made in W.P.No.32978 of 2012 whereby the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the amount has been paid by the appellant and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
