This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.982 of 2023 on 19.01.2023 to report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10:30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of police, Madhavaram Milk Colony, Chennai on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.
