This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.972 of 2023 vide order dated 12.01.2023, the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Madhavaram Milk Colony, instead of the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Erode.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to some medical ailments, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the said condition is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Madhavaram Milk Colony, Chennai, on alternative days at 10.30 a.m for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
