O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2022 and to conduct proper investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.407 of 2021 on the file of third respondent.
2. The case of the petitioner is that on 16.12.2021 at around 08.30p.m., the accused one Govindasamy along with his wife Elavarasi quarreled with the petitioner and his wife one Mylambigai in which the accused had assaulted his wife causing multiple injuries in head and caused bleedings from her nose and mouth. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in crime No.407 of 2021 was registered by the respondent. Strangely, the case was registered for minor offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (1) IPC. Though his wife had suffered grevious injuries, the respondent have not conducted proper investigation and thereby, the present writ petition has been filed seeking to conduct proper investigation and file final report.

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.407 of 2021 was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) IPC. He would also submit that the respondents had collected the accident register and the medical certificates of the petitioner and that the investigation is almost completed and the final report including appropriate offences will be submitted within a particular period of time as fixed by this Court.
4. Recording the same, the Respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.407 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
