2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Management has produced a letter dated 27.06.2023 stating that the petitioner/Management has made payment of compensation of Rs.7.5 lakhs each in the name of 31 workers and in the name of the wife of the deceased worker, Parthasarathi, in all 32 workers as full and final settlement by way of Demand Draft. He further submitted that the said Demand Draft has been handed over to the learned counsel for the second respondent. The learned counsel for the second respondent also acknowledged the receipt of Demand Draft. The details of demand drafts received by each worker is extracted as below:-

4. In view of the above, the order dated 05.06.2023 has been complied with.
