Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned staff fixation for the year 2022-2023 and the consequential order of deployment dated 23.01.2023 in Na.Ka.No.4866/AA1/2022, based on the anomalous staff fixation, in respect of the petitioner school, on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same, directing the respondents to comply with the directions issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench regarding staff fixation, deployment and compendium of schedule by its order dated 31.03.2021 in W.A.(MD) No.76 of 2019 as applicable to the petitioner corporate minority school.
