Mr.K.Raj Kumar Senior Counsel C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions are filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to absorb the petitioners as Helpers in the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO., Ltd.,), based on their apprenticeship training in the Board by considering their representations dated 03.05.2012.
2. Today, 16.02.2024, when the cases were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner in both writ petitions submitted that the petitioners were given representations dated 03.05.2012, to the respondents, and the same were not considered till date.

3. Taking into consideration the above submission, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 03.05.2012, on its merits in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
4. In the result, the writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
