These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 854 days in all the petitions in filing in the above appeals. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, the said delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) in each of the petitions to the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Buildings, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
