Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the Impugned order passed by the Second respondent in D1(2)/ P.R.No.175/2001 dated 21.06.2004 and order passed in appeal by the First respondent in his proceedings in C.No.B3/A.P.152/2004 dated 05.01.2005 and the proceedings of the Third respondent passed in RC.No.72677/A.P.I.(2)/2005 dated 11.05.2005 and quash the same with the consequential direction, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant and monetary benefits.
