O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondent, their representative and men from carrying out any work such as laying road or drainage in the property comprised in S.No. 113 (Paimash No. 910,911) situated at Adambakkam Village, Alandur Taluk, Chengalpet District measuring an extent of about 10,353 sq.feet.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner fairly made a submission that the grievances of the writ petitioner had already been redressed and the pipelines were laid by adjusting the road alignment. This apart, the petitioners themselves provided their patta land for the purpose of laying the pipelines for the welfare of the public at large. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
