namely " As agreed by the learned counsel for applicants-respondent before this Court".
The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.T.Saikrishnan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners herein; and of Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent herein; and upon reading the Application and the affidavit of Rohan Danial Mukherjee, filed herein; the Court made the following order:
"1. This application has been filed to modify the order dated 20.01.2022 in Sub Application No.3 of 2022 in Contempt Petition No.625 of 2021 by deleting the following portion of sentence in para 2 of the order namely " As agreed by the learned counsel for applicantsrespondent before this Court".
2. Order of this Court dated 29.10.2021 is still in force. Deleting the abovesaid sentence will not improve the case of the respondents in the Contempt Petition No.625 of 2021. Hence, this Sub Application No.42 of 2022 is dismissed."
