The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 27.12.2004 made in C.P.No.82 of 2003 passed by Labour Court and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs.1,34,567/- being the claim under Sec.33 C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of the Court by paying Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5
3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
