This application is filed to permit the applicant to take substituted service for the respondents 2 to 4 in the above petition by way of publication in one issue of tamil daily "Malai Malar".

2. Heard both side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Malai Malar" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 14.02.2025. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. List the matter on 14.02.2025.
